Hey guys, here's the final set of pages for Ch. 8. Kind of a long chapter, but the next one will actually be a little longer. Lots going on in the next chapter...
Unfortunately, I'm going on a little break. Well, a break from comic pages anyway. As you may know, the site that basically sponsored FaLLEN and made it so that I wouldn't need a job outside of FaLLEN, Inkblazers.com, announced they were shutting down last week. Well, on top of that, my dog got sick and had to go to the vet clinic on Christmas Eve. I've been kind of late in responding to messages on dA because of that, but I'll try to get to it this weekend.
I think this is the first chapter that ever ended on the left-hand page. Normally I end it on an even number so it's on the right-hand side. Oh well.
I'll post an end of the year review thing (probably just a bunch of comic pages) next week and then in January I'm just going to work on illustrations. So there will be illustrations going up but comic pages won't continue until February. I need a break from comic pages so I can finish other things, figure out what I can do for myself, and make sure my puppy doesn't get any worse.

While I don't like or dislike Maris (it's kinda hard for me to dislike anyone from the cast tbh), I absolutely love how supportive she is of (mostly) everyone. She's confident that [NAME REDACTED FOR SPOILERS] will be next and reassures her of that. It's something I liked in the novels too, especially in the second book.
