It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff

-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you  finally  made  the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq  to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean  more quality to the paintings, am i right?. 
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

The Best Idea Ever

This right here is such a great idea I'm giving the guy who made it a standing ovation. I'm going to start implementing this in some groups and I'd LOVE IT if people who don't have Premium Memberships would leave me critiques like this. So in case you guys missed it (it got a DD, and a well-deserved one at that!), here's a link to check it out. It's a very easy to use application to write a script to leave critiques, and non-paying deviants can use it too. I'm probably going to start putting the thumbnail in my uploads from now on.

Got sidetracked with art this week thanks to me having a pretty shitty month. Work has kept me from working on new art, but today I finally have a day off from yelling at Nepalis on the phone trying to explain that a 150 dpi desktop wallpaper of a mountain range does NOT blow up into a 5m x 7m banner very effectively. GRRRR. And this woman has my home phone number!! CANNOT ESCAPE.

Oh, and some asshole in California somehow stole my debit card info and I have no access to my money because I had to close that account and whatever weeeeee. Oh, and then the precinct has notified me I missed a $130 tax payment in April. WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME NOW. So life... oh life.... I'm going to make a button about why money is awesome. Man, I sure could go for a glass of dollar bills right now.

You know, you've said a lot of stuff about Japan but that forgetting to tell you-you had to pay $130 in taxes sounds so Puerto Rican :no: I'd be screaming in all 4 languages at them. XD

That Critique thing looks awesome! Definitely going to use it as well :D I've have a couple of people say they'd like to use the critique thing but aren't subscribers.

Yeah, and I've had people say they WANT critiques like this but aren't paying members, so no deal. I don't know why it is for paying members only... it makes more sense to have the mural be for paying members and critiques to be for everyone.

Thats a bad thing, cause its really hard to live with that information stolen. I was in econ, and they show a video about stolen identity. The government usually can't help you on that one, which really sucks.

Ha, if I knew the guy's address I would beat him myself. I'd fly down there and kick his ass.

Well, we caught it before any REAL damage was done. A lot of people who steal debit or credit card info will only buy something small at first, and if that goes unnoticed they'll go in later and steal more, and more, and more. It's easier to go undetected if you only buy small items first. So they've canceled that card and I'll get a new number and such sometime later this month. But yes, it is certainly an inconvenience.
