"I am NOT a Pokemon!"

I remember playing Pokemon Diamond on the DS for the first time thinking "These two skunk Pokemon are purple just like Fifi." As in Fifi from Tiny Toons, which was my very first franchise addiction ever. And at 8-years-old I knew Fifi was the coolest thing EVAR. Why did Tiny Toon Adventures get canned? Not enough Fifi!

Skunpu and Skutank (or what, Stunky and Skuntank? I forget) are awesome Pokemon, but my god are they ever ugly. Skuntank is my favorite Pokemon after Leafia (Leafeon?), but that is a face only a mother could love. They look like butt skunks.

Which is why Fifi is not happy some trainer has confused her with such ugly Pokemon.

... I was bored and wanted to try out Corel Painter. I miss Photoshop... even if it was an OOOLD version...

It took me all of... well actually, it took me like 5 hours start to finish because I don't know where ANYTHING is on Painter.

I find Painter vastly confusing as well. Maybe someday I'll install it again and check it out calmly and patiently...in the meantime, it's PS, SAI, GIMP and Manga Studio for me! :P

lol I look at this, and I can't help but think of DBZ Abridged, and when Nappa first meets Chaozu (Chiaotzu).

This is far beyond my knowledge of Pokemon. After the first 200, I've got no clue about any of these guys.

Dude, the new batch of pokemon are pretty cool. I was like you and lost interest after the main 151 became the OLD pokemon, and then got back into it when I bought the DS. The DS games are SO GOOD.

Yeah, and it is a FUGLY mo-fo. I guess there are two actually, since it's got an evolved form and whatever. As a skunk fan, I was a little sad that they designed them so their faces looked like rear ends (they even make farting sounds... no joke), but when you play the game you only see them from the backside anyway, heh.

Painter is insane! It's meant for much more talented artists than me. And I'm using the Japanese addition, which makes it more confusing. I can read it, but sometimes I don't always know the Japanese for art-specific words.

Well, I knew of the other pokemon past 151 when the new series of episodes were coming on, but I quickly lost interest when it wasn't about Ash anymore, and he just didn't seem to really care. That and it was just plain getting old. I mean, 13 seasons, and Team Rocket is still after Pikachu? Why? Get real jobs. That, and the dub was just getting unbearable.

As soon as I can afford it, I'm getting a DS solely so I can get the brand, BRAND new Chrono Trigger. Greatest RPG I've ever played. Akira Toriyama personally doing animated cut-scenes, and new levels and endings don't hurt either. :D
